• Fees are posted every 4 weeks, dividing the school year in 11 installments (see Installments Calendar) and you will be notified by email the day before.
• Payment of fees is made ONLY via credit card, in your portal, with automatic payment (AUTO-PAY), which is mandatory, during your registration. Your card will be automatically charged the day after we post fees or products you have purchased.
• If your payment is declined due to insufficient funds on your card account, you will be notified by email. You will then have 7 days from the date of the notice to make the payment manually. After the 7 day grace period, a 5% surcharge will apply.
• The transaction is carried out by the company Stripe, through our Dance Studio Pro.
• There will be no exception from the tuition fees, unless in the case of serious illness or accident (accompanied by doctor’s report). Under no circumstances will there be an exception because of missed lessons.
• In case you choose to interrupt in the middle of the school year, the secretary must be notified in advance, in writing, before the posting of the next installment takes place, otherwise, all due fees should be settled.
• Christmas and Easter Breaks, as well as all Public Holidays are included in the tuition fees.
• Tuition & registration fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
• Only for Grade 1- 4, Grade 8, Rep. 1 & 2, Advance: The yearly rent for the skirt/tutu and the scarf is paid together with the 3rd installment of the tuition fees.

Special Discount

• 10% discount on second and third child of the same family who attends the school. In this case, the first child of the family is considered to be the child with the biggest amount of tuition fees.
