Rules & Regulations

  • All classes begin promptly. Students are expected to arrive ten minutes before the beginning of the lesson, in order to be dressed and ready to start class on time. Latecomers not only disturb the class, but subject themselves to injury due to insufficient warm-up. Students who have a serious reason to be late must, notify the teacher, otherwise they may be refused entry.

  • Please inform the school when your child will be absent more than once.

  • The pupils of ‘the dance studio’ are expected to wear their proper uniform during every lesson.

  • For all the ballet classes, hair should be securely fastened, preferably into a bun. If there is a problem to do the hair beforehand, please supply the hair accessories needed so that we can do it. For Jazz/Hip-hop and contemporary, the hair can be loose as long as they are kept away from the face.

  • The dancing shoes must be put on after entering the building so that they remain clean and dust is limited in the studio.

  • No jewellery or watches are to be worn in the dance classes. They may cause injury.
  • We recommend that all clothing and shoes be clearly labeled. The studio is not responsible for lost items.

  • No valuables should be brought to the school. We bear no responsibility for any loss or damage of personal belongings.

  • For hygienic and ecological reasons, students are advised to bring a bottle of water with them, especially during the summer.
